some time you ask you self . Am I walking enough to lose some weight ?


here is the answer . if you really want to lose some weight you have to walk or run for at least 30 minuets daily . why ?
because when you run or walk daily from 30 > 60 Minuets . you burn about 150 calories . which means after 3 month aprox you will lose a lot of pounds . that's the easy way......  Of course if you like to try the hard way . you will be faster than that .. and with this level of body activities it will reduce the risk of disease and you will be perfectly health and capable of playing with your kids with out feeling tired after a little while.
