4-use honey instead of sugar sweetening the tea and the milk with honey instead of sugar. raise the ability to strengthen the immunity  and infection.
5-Dental clean  Don't wet  the toothbrush with the water be4  Putting paste on it. its better this way . trust me -.-
6- Sleep better.  sleep deeply .Sleeping helps to combat premature aging and keep skin youthful.
7- Drinking green tea It is recommended to drink a cup of green tea daily, its prevent the oxidant in the body's cells , and reduces the possibility of getting sick.
8- Eating fish once a week however the specialists recommend eating two servings of fish a week, but eating one serve per week can help to improve your brain's chemicals activety , and fish is useful to heart health and brain.
9- Getting out of the house change and out for the daily routine helps to boost morale and keep away from stress and depression as the program should be prepared for a walk outside the home and visit their relatives and friends.
10- Don't carry heavy objects  because its affecting  the spine and your way to stand up and walk.
